The Real Work.

A process of becoming.

Welcome.

Welcome to The Real Work.

You’ve chosen to enter a process of seeing yourself more clearly, moving through what is ready to shift, and reconnecting with your own truth.

This guide is here to help you understand how we work together, what you can expect, and how to get the most from the process.

There is nothing you need to figure out before you begin.

Come as you are.

Be open.

Allow the work to unfold.

A process of becoming.

The Real Work isn’t a course, program, or set of steps to complete.

It is an ongoing process of becoming.

Each session is guided by what is ready to come forward for you, sometimes through conversation, sometimes through intuitive guidance or cards, and sometimes through energetic work.

We may explore relationships, repeating patterns, beliefs, emotions, fears, life direction, spiritual questions, or something you can’t quite put into words yet.

You don’t need to force the process or make everything happen.

The work unfolds over time.

Your Role.

Your role is simple:

Show up. Be honest. Stay open.

You don’t need to arrive with the right questions or have everything figured out.

There may be reflections, books, practices, or homework that I invite you to explore between sessions. These aren’t about checking boxes. They are ways of continuing to engage with what has opened during our work together.

If you want to move forward, I expect you to engage with what is being offered.

The more honestly you participate, the more deeply the work can move.

My Role.

My role is to hold the space and follow what comes through.

I don’t come into our sessions with a predetermined agenda or formula for what you need.

I listen to you, but I also listen beyond the words.

Sometimes I’ll guide you toward something you already know. Sometimes I’ll bring forward something you haven’t yet seen. Sometimes the work will be energetic rather than verbal.

No two clients experience The Real Work in exactly the same way.

Why consistency matters.

The Real Work is a process, and consistency matters.

This isn’t designed to be something you drop into occasionally when life becomes difficult and then leave again.

Most clients commit to 4–8 sessions at a time, with the process often unfolding over two to six months or longer.

Consistency gives what we uncover time to settle, move, and become part of your life.

There will be periods where the work feels very active and others where things are quietly integrating.

Both are part of the process.

Between Sessions.

Much of the work continues between our sessions.

Notice what changes.

You may have realizations, dreams, emotions, memories, shifts in relationships, or moments of clarity.

You may feel drawn toward a particular book, practice, conversation, or change.

Pay attention to what naturally asks for your attention.

I may also recommend books, practices, or other resources when they feel relevant. These are invitations to support your process, not a checklist you need to complete.

Notes & Card Spreads.

You don’t need to take notes during our sessions.

I will take relevant notes throughout our work and can send them to you afterward when appropriate.

If you feel drawn to take your own notes, of course you can.

When cards are part of your session, I’m also happy to send you photos of the card spreads afterward if you’d like them.

Your Session.

Before we meet.

Sessions are held remotely through WhatsApp video or FaceTime video.

Please arrange to be somewhere private and uninterrupted where you can speak completely freely.

Ideally, you should be able to lie down comfortably during the session. Earphones or headphones can also be helpful, particularly during energetic work.

Please don’t participate while driving, working, caring for others, or with other people present.

For the 24 hours before your session, please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs. I also recommend keeping caffeine moderate so you can settle more easily into the space.

After your session.

Whenever possible, give yourself some quiet time afterward.

Try not to immediately schedule a stressful obligation or busy social event.

The work may continue unfolding after we finish.

Scheduling & Payment.

Once session dates are confirmed, payment is expected that day.

If I offer you session dates, they need to be paid for that day in order to hold those times in my calendar.

I send a session confirmation 24 hours before our scheduled time.

I require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to a scheduled session.

Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and I’ll always use discernment when something outside of your control occurs.

Recording.

You are welcome to record your own session on a separate device.

I can also record the session for you when appropriate.

Recording must always be arranged in advance.

Technology.

Because we work remotely, occasional internet or connection issues can happen.

If something unexpected occurs, we’ll simply reconnect or adjust as needed. I’ll always do my best to accommodate genuine technical difficulties.

The Journey.

The Real Work is not necessarily something you simply finish and walk away from.

As the deeper work begins to settle, we’ll naturally begin to explore what ongoing support looks like for you.

The Field

While you are in The Real Work, you receive complimentary access to The Field.

The Field is my private, real-time channel where I share intuitive and spirit-led transmissions as they come through.

There is no schedule and nothing you need to do with them.

Think of it as a touchpoint between our sessions, a way to stay connected to the work, receive what resonates, and allow something to meet you in the moments between our deeper work together.

You don’t need to respond or interact. Simply receive what feels relevant.

The Continuum

As you move through The Real Work, there may come a point where the focus naturally shifts from deeper transformation into ongoing support and integration.

This is where The Continuum comes in.

We move into a rhythm of one live session each month, allowing the work to continue while giving you more space between sessions to live, integrate, and see what emerges.

This isn’t a fixed endpoint or something you have to decide in advance.

We’ll feel into it together.

The Bridge

Over time, you may feel that you no longer need a monthly live session in the same way, but still want ongoing intuitive and energetic support.

At that point, The Bridge would be the right fit.

The Bridge offers more spacious, intuitively timed support without the structure of a monthly live session.

I may be called to work with you remotely, send guidance, or connect when something feels ready to be supported.

You may also choose to remain in the monthly Continuum for as long as that continues to feel right.

There is no prescribed timeline.

The transition from The Real Work into ongoing support is something we navigate together, based on what feels aligned for you.

Before we begin.

I’m really glad you’re here.

I don’t take it lightly that you’ve chosen to do this work with me.

I know that allowing someone into the deeper parts of your life takes trust. My role is not to tell you who to be or what your life should look like. It’s to walk alongside you, listen deeply, follow what comes through, and help you see what may be ready to be seen.

There will be things that make sense immediately.

There may be things that take time.

And there may be moments when the work asks you to look somewhere you weren’t expecting.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

Just come as you are.

Be willing to see.

Be willing to feel.

Be willing to listen.

And trust that we’ll find our way through the process together.

I’m looking forward to doing this work with you.

With love,

Jessica
